Construction laborer and carpenter position, in the Cloudcroft area. The job will include the use of ladders, nail guns, saws of all types and other general building tools. An ability to lift and carry heavy loads and or items (50 lbs or more) is required.

Applicant must be able to work on his/her own, listen to and follow instructions as well as learn new techniques and skills on the job. Personal transportation is necessary.The typical job includes framing and drying in new construction, installing windows, metal roofs, constructing decks and installing flooring.
